Sylwia Tur
will be exhibiting her newest work, a series of porcelain “Canvases” in February 2010 at Foster/White Gallery in Seattle as part of the Mad Art Redux show curated by Phen Huang and Bryan Ohno. www.fosterwhite.com This show will run from February 4-27th, with an opening reception on February 4th, and a lecture by Bryan Ohno on February 13th.
Barabara Horiuchi's
sumi ink work will be featured in the spring 2010 edition of Visual Overture Magazine. www.visualoverture.com. This is an international juried competition with only seven emerging artists selected. The magazine goes out to the Southern Atlantic region.
Jane Fulton Alt
Monarch is pleased to announce that Jane's Burn series has made it into the final 50 for critical mass competition. This is the second time she has been selected (the first time was for my Katrina series).

We have also recently learned that Flak Photo. (flakphoto.com), a contemporary photography website will be working with Photographic Center Northwest to mount an exhibition of Critical Mass photographers in Seattle next spring.
Tatiana Garmendia
Tatiana Garmendia's work "Epic: Ground Force with Fury, 2006-2008" will be included in the Lexington Art League Nude 2010 show in Kentucky, opening Jan. 15th. www.lexingtonartleague.org
She is also preparing for her solo show, "Exodus," at Moses Lake Museum and Art Center in March, 2010.
Erin Morrison

Cynthia Camlin
is currently exhibiting at DBerman Gallery in Austin, Texas, December 2009 through February 2010. This invitational group show "Chill," includes two new iceberg paintings.
Cynthia is also part of a two-person exhibition, "Cynthia Camlin and Sarah Maki," at Bellevue College Gallery in Bellevue, WA takes place January 11 - February 11, 2010. The show will include a range of 3-d and 2-d work from 2003-2008.
In addition, three pieces from "Extremities" will be included in an invitational group exhibition, "Critical Messages: Contemporary Northwest Artists on the Environment," that will appear at Western Gallery, Western Washington University, 12 April - 29 May 2010 and travel to Halle Ford Museum, Willamette University, and possibly other museums. The exhibition is organized by Sarah Clarke-Langager, Director, Western Gallery, and John Olbrantz, Director, Halle Ford Museum, and will have a catalogue with essays by the curators and award-winning environmental journalist, William Dietrich.
